Jane's Personal Training
Jane's personal training addresses your individualized goals and needs. Learn to exercise in the convenience of your home or at Two Hearts Studio. Home exercise programs can often be completed in the same amount of time it would take to travel to a local fitness center. Let Jane teach you how to use portable equipment to create a great fitness program at home. Her extensive background in health education and studies in aging combined with twenty-eight years of experience allows her to create your fitness plan based on sound scientific principles and realistic goals. Jane's current areas of focus include:

    6 lessons for $420, or $85 for single sessions.
    I travel to a limited geographic area including Monte Vista, King William, Olmos Park, Alamo Heights, and Terrell Hills.
