convenience of your home or at Two Hearts Studio. Home exercise
programs can often be
completed in the same amount of time it would take to travel to a local
fitness center. Let
Jane teach you how to use portable equipment to create a great fitness
program at home. Her
extensive background in health education and studies in aging combined
with twenty-eight
years of experience allows her to create your fitness plan based on
sound scientific principles
